What do you mean by “Families feeding families”?
Our farmers are like family to us. With them feeding your family, you are in return helping them feed theirs.
Do I need to sign up to a subscription?
Absolutely not. You can choose either to buy as a one off or schedule recurring weekly or fortnightly deliveries. These can be stopped at any time.
Do you charge for delivery?
Nope, delivery is 100% free. We do however have a minimum spend of $65.00.
Is your Organic produce certified?
Yes, all organic produce is certified 100% organic
How do you help families save money?
Our produce is as fresh as you can get. Meaning it will last you much longer than typical store-bought produce, which has been on display for who knows how long?! Fresher produce means less food waste and less money wasted. We have some customers who have said their weekly fruit and veg bill has halved as our produce lasts twice as long?
What if I’m not satisfied with my delivery?
No risk here. We offer a 100% money back guarantee.
Is your meat grass fed, hormone and chemical free?
Absolutely and Free-Range also. Our sausages and sauces are also Gluten free.
Do you pick-up and re-use the boxes.
Due to the current health advice we have received we are unable to collect and re-use our boxes. We will return to this once the health advice is updated. In the meantime, please recycle the cardboard boxes in your residential yellow recycling bin.
What if I don’t own an Esky?
No problem, we only ask you to leave out an Esky if you have ordered chilled items and won’t be home to accept them. If this is the case and you don’t have an Esky, just pop a note in the notes section at checkout. We will pack your chilled items in insulated packaging with ice sheets. Whilst we aim for absolute minimum packaging we understand that our Esky option won’t work for everyone.
Can I select the produce in my box?
Yes, you have the option to either select one of our seasonal boxes or build you own. Our boxes are set enabling us to provide our customers with the best value produce available each week. We understand some families have dislikes, so we allow 2 items in your box to be swapped with other items already available in your box of similar value. Please list items you dislike in the notes section at checkout. Each week we post on social media what will be in our boxes the coming week.
When is cut-off for ordering?
Cut-off is at 6pm 2 days prior to delivery.
What time will I receive my delivery?
Deliveries are conducted between 1pm-8pm. You will receive a text message advising a 2 hour delivery window when our delivery van leaves the warehouse. If you are not home to accept the delivery you will be sent a further text advising when delivery has been completed.
Can I request a certain delivery time?
Unfortunately no. Deliveries are conducted using the most efficient eco-friendly delivery route. Meaning a smaller carbon footprint and fewer food miles.
Where Do You Deliver?
We currently deliver to Sydney Metro on Tuesdays & Sutherland Shire on Thursdays. Please use our Postcode checker to see if we deliver to your suburb.
What if I am not home during your delivery times?
No problem, we will put your order in a safe place. If you have ordered chilled items, please leave out an Esky and we will place your chilled items in it on delivery.
